I Put a Spell On You is a powerful love song that resonates with the audience. Sailor Smile brings some great vocals to this release and features well-known Spanish guitarist Javibi Martin Boix on lead guitar, which makes for an interesting musical conversation between these great musicians.

The sound of the single is rooted in the Roots Reggae style and is clearly influenced by the late 70s. Cool Up once again demonstrates their versatility and great sound in this new production.
As usual, this release includes an impressive dub version on the B-side, showcasing Cool Up's carefully crafted production and results in a solid release.
